Try to have opinions about things, don't just agree with us and pretend to be into the same things we are. Eventually we'll find out that you aren't, and we feel like you lied to us. It's ok to like different things than we do.

When you have a certain skill like playing guitar, cooking, any sports, playing chess, computer programming, Jedi powers, constructing the perfect s'more, etc. and a girl tells you she would "looove to learn how to do (insert skill here) so well"... That is the golden opportunity for you to ask her on a date. Just simply say "I can teach you, what are you doing next (insert available day here)"
